Aquarium Pula in November 2025 invites you on a unique journey through the maritime and naval heritage of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

With every Aquarium ticket purchased, visitors receive free entry to the Maritime Collection “Gallerion” – a museum dedicated to the Austro-Hungarian Navy and the rich history of Pula as the former main naval port of the Empire.

In Austro-Hungarian times, autumn was a season of repairs, preparations, and new beginnings—both on land and at sea. In this spirit, Aquarium Pula and Gallerion unite tradition, science, and culture, offering visitors the chance to experience history in an authentic way.

Take a walk through the Pula Aquarium, located within the historic fortifications of Verudela and San Giovanni, immerse yourself in the world of Mediterranean and exotic marine life, and then discover the fascinating stories of sailors, ships, and life during the time of the Empire at the Maritime Collection Gallerion.

The Aquarium is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM, with the last entry at 4:30 PM.

The Collection is open daily from 9 AM to 4 PM.
